Grown high in the mountainous enclave of Marcala, La Paz, this medium-dark roast showcases the incredible dedication of over 1,500 organic growers from the Cafe Organics Marcala co-op. Cultivated at extreme altitudes of up to 1,700 meters in mineral-rich clay soil, this blend of Bourbon, Catuai, Caturra, Lempira, and Typica varietals develops an exceptional, full-bodied sweetness.

Roasted to a smooth medium-dark level, every cup opens with deep, comforting ribbons of melted caramel and toasted brown sugar. A gentle wave of warm baking spice rounds out the finish, delivering a cozy, velvety mouthfeel with every sip. Fully washed and dried under the open sun, it’s a beautifully crafted, eco-conscious coffee that honors Honduran heritage.
