Bali Blue Coffee
$22.00
Indulge in an extraordinary sensory experience straight from the lush, high-altitude slopes of Bali. Grown in nutrient-rich volcanic loam between 1,200 and 1,600 meters above sea level, this artisanal selection represents the peak of Indonesian coffee craftsmanship. Expertly cultivated by smallholder farmers in Kintamani, the hand-picked Bourbon, Typica, and Catimor cherries undergo a traditional wet-hulled process before drying on raised beds to lock in their exceptional complexity.
Roasted to a luxurious medium-dark, this blend yields a velvet-smooth body with deep, comforting notes of dark chocolate, rich molasses, and caramelized brown sugar.
