Ethiopia Natural Coffee
Originating from the birthplace of coffee, this single-origin medium-light roast highlights the extraordinary artistry of smallholder farmers across Ethiopia’s renowned Sidama region. Grown at soaring altitudes between 1,700 and 1,900 meters in deep, nutrient-dense Nitisols, indigenous heirloom varieties develop an intricate, layered flavor profile unlike anywhere else in the world.
Processed using traditional full natural methods, whole coffee cherries are meticulously hand-sorted and dried under the sun on elevated raised beds. This natural drying technique infuses the bean with rich fruit sweetness, balancing vibrant berry-like brightness with smooth milk chocolate and a lingering, warm caramel finish.
