Royal Tanzanian Reserve | Tanzania Coffee
Crisp pear, delicate jasmine, and sweet sun-ripened strawberry.
Grown along the breathtaking volcanic ridges of the Mbeya Region in southern Tanzania, this medium-light roast highlights the extraordinary artistry of local smallholder cooperatives. Cultivated at extreme altitudes of up to 1,900 meters in mineral-rich clay soils, classic Bourbon and Kent varietals ripen slowly, resulting in a cup of astonishing clarity and elegance.
The beans are fully washed with pristine mountain water and carefully dried on elevated raised beds under open skies. The cup unfolds with an ethereal, perfumed bouquet of fresh jasmine and soft floral aromatics. As it settles, vibrant layers of crisp pear and sweet, juicy strawberry emerge, finishing with a clean, tea-like lightness that glides over the palate like silk.
